Hey there everybody new to the Z32 but not Z's I just picked up this 90 TT on Craigslist for 900 Motor runs great needed mufflers back bumper cover and passanger headlight. I get all that done and went to fill up on premium and the power steering return line popped off this is the line that connects the metal line under the car to the metal line that goes up the Drivers side of the car. So I replace the line change to a screw clamp and start to refill the fluid and bleed the system with both wheels in the air and it blows a hole in the line. So I go to Idiot Zone and get a new hose put it on few min later it blows. So I go into my workshop and get some 200 to 800 PSI Air hose and put it on and yup you guessed it it blows. So I go and get 300PSI Hydraulic line it didnt blow but no matter how tight I make the clamps it blows the hose off the metal line I am making sure and putting the clamp behind the ridge on the metal line and I am tighting with 1/4 ratchet. Any Ideas as to what could be building this much pressure in the line? I am at a loss. I dont see any kinks in the return and it was all good when I drove it home when I bought it a 40 mile drive sometimes cruising at 120.
